Welcome to the official website of "SCODS Delivery Solutions LLP" ("SCODS", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you ("user", "you", "your") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant rules made thereunder.

Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using our services.

Registration and Activation

  1. To avail business support services from SCODS, you must register as a "Seller", "Reseller", or "Manufacturer" through our official website.
  2. Upon successful registration, users are required to pay the "non-refundable registration fee" to activate their dashboard and begin using our delivery and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services.
  3. Activation of services will only be processed after successful receipt of the registration fee.

Payment and Charges

  1. The "registration fee is strictly non-refundable" under any circumstance once paid.
  2. Any delivery charges or COD service charges applicable will be deducted automatically from your SCODS wallet. No claim, dispute, or refund request will be entertained unless required under a specific legal obligation.
  3. Wallet balances must be maintained by users to ensure uninterrupted service.

Delivery and Logistics

  1. Delivery timelines are subject to various external and uncontrollable factors, such as public holidays, natural calamities, roadblocks, administrative delays, or local unrest. SCODS shall not be held liable for such reasonable delays.
  2. The Buyer must accept the delivery in order for the "Seller/Reseller" to receive the COD amount.
  3. In case of parcel rejection by the customer, the parcel will be returned to the pickup address submitted. For COD orders, the Seller must ensure a valid Return-To-Origin (RTO) address is provided. Resellers are not permitted to submit RTO addresses.
  4. All pickup, delivery, and return addresses must fall within SCODS’ "serviceable postal areas". In cases where delivery is not possible, parcels may be redirected to a nearby serviceable area, with prior intimation.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

  1. SCODS is a "logistics and delivery service provider only". We do not own or take responsibility for the quality, pricing, or condition of any products. Any such concerns must be directed to the Seller or Reseller.
  2. No disputes regarding acceptable delivery delays or product issues shall be entertained. We are not liable for poor or damaged goods unless caused by our own operational negligence.
  3. SCODS will not entertain or engage in disputes between the "Customer and Seller/Reseller". Customers must directly contact the respective Seller or Reseller for grievances or claims.

Legal and Compliance

  1. Users must not use SCODS services to transport "illegal, restricted, or banned items" under Indian law. Any such activity will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. We have a strict "zero-tolerance policy" toward illegal usage of our platform.
  2. Any attempt to "manipulate, misrepresent, or coerce" our platform into violating laws or transporting illegal goods will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

    1. Violation of these Terms;
    2. Fraudulent activity;
    3. Submission of false or misleading information;
    4. Legal or regulatory mandate.
